Shipping policy
All Neontology LED and neon sign products are custom-crafted and only manufactured upon receiving your order. We kindly request your acceptance of a delivery timeline of 2-4 weeks for Free Shipping, and under 2 weeks for Expedited Priority Service. If you need your order urgently, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us to arrange appropriate shipping service.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If your order has any changes, the delivery time will be later than expected corresponding to the number of days waiting for order adjustment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Neontology.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs. We ship packages from both Canada and Asia (depending on the product ordered). If shipped from our overseas based factory, duties may appear.
Damages and Lost
Neontology.ca is not responsible for any products lost in transit or stolen after the package has been delivered. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
