Our 2-Year Extended Warranty protects your Neontology custom LED or neon sign against manufacturing-related issues and shipping problems. If your sign arrives damaged, experiences a fault due to how it was made, or is lost while in transit, we’ll step in and make it right.
The warranty applies to issues that are our responsibility. It doesn’t cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper installation, or changes made after delivery. Every sign is custom produced, quality-checked, and carefully packaged before leaving our shop, but if something doesn’t go as planned, we believe the solution should be clear and hassle-free.
Customers who add this coverage receive priority support and quicker resolutions, with no unnecessary runaround. It’s straightforward protection for a custom product that’s meant to last.
If a covered issue occurs within the two-year warranty period, we’ll assess the situation and repair or replace the sign where appropriate.
